How much does shipping cost?
› Shipping is entirely free! Pay for your products and state your shipping zone, we will handle the rest.

› We ship to almost every country worldwide! You will be immediately refunded if there is an error in shipping to your selected place of origin.
How long is shipping time?
› Shipping totally differs from country to country, after entering your shipping information, you will be provided with an accurate estimate of shipping time.
› Shipping times to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia typically average around 5-20 days.
› We will use the fastest and most secure shipping option when considering our customer location.
› Shipping delays and postponements may occur when uncontrollable circumstances occur; such as weather, natural disasters, and security checks. We cannot guarantee the exact shipping time, however, we can assure you that most of our packages will arrive in time.
How long does it take for an order to process?
› Orders typically take 6-48 hours to process (closer to 6) - excluding weekends. Orders may take longer to process on holidays due to high order volume.
I ordered more then 2 items, why did I only receive 1?
› If you ordered multiple items in the same purchase, they might be shipped separately as they may come from our different warehouses.
What is the return policy?

When will sold out items be back in stock?› This totally depends on our suppliers, however you can contact us for an exact time for a certain product.
What if my item is damaged or broken?

Can I pay in currenices other than Canadian?
› Of course! You can either change the currency at the top of the website, or you can go through normally and it will convert to your currency after your fill in your payment information.
